Money Games Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Money Games ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing any part of the Money Games platform — whether through the website at moneygames.app or through the Money Games mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any way. Continued use of the platform following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

Money Games operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform offers slot games, live casino, sports betting on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports. All transactions are conducted in PKR.

To register and use Money Games, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be the legal account holder of the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close relative of a Money Games staff member.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed Money Games account.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal details — registering under another person's identity is strictly prohibited.

Money Games reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, the account may be restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending review.

Each player is permitted to hold only one Money Games account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or phone numbers — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, valid phone number and payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

Your account password is confidential. You must not share your login credentials with anyone. Money Games will never ask for your password via support channels. Any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your own negligence in protecting your credentials are your responsibility.

• Use a strong, unique password for your Money Games account.
• Do not access your account from shared or public devices without logging out immediately after use.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Money Games is not liable for losses caused by failure to secure your login details.

Account registration is free. Money Games does not charge any fee to create or maintain an account.

All deposits on Money Games are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit via registered JazzCash number
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit via registered Easypaisa account
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfer via Pakistan's national payment system
• Bank Transfer — standard interbank transfer to the designated Money Games account

Deposits are credited to your Money Games balance once the payment has been confirmed by the respective payment provider. Standard processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sender's name does not match the account holder — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may change from time to time and may vary depending on your account verification status.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified method on the account.

• Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Only real-money balance can be withdrawn. Bonus funds and pending bonus credit cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to three business days. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• Money Games does not charge a standard fee on withdrawals. Any charges imposed by your payment provider are separate and outside our control.

Money Games reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal for the purposes of fraud prevention, anti-money laundering checks or identity verification. In such cases, the support team will contact the player with details of what is required to complete the review.

Money Games offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time of availability.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses expire if not used or wagered within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically from the account.
• One bonus at a time: Players can typically only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Maximum bet rule: When playing with an active bonus, bets must not exceed the maximum bet limit stated in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.

Players who suspect a promotional offer has been credited incorrectly should contact the support team before wagering, as errors cannot always be reversed once play has commenced.

Sports betting on Money Games covers cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals and bilateral series, as well as football and esports markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission unless the platform offers a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature for the relevant market.
• Odds are subject to change up until the time a bet is placed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• In the event of an abandoned or postponed match, bets will be settled according to the rules published for that specific market. Generally, if fewer than the required overs or periods are completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may vary depending on the event and market type.
• In-play betting markets are subject to brief suspensions during key match events such as wickets, reviews or weather interruptions. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void.
• Money Games reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular activity or a clear pricing error.

For Cricket and PSL markets specifically, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other interruptions, settlement will follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method where applicable, in line with the official match result.

The Money Games slots and casino section includes video slots, classic slots, live dealer games and other casino products. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) software that is regularly tested for fairness.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is available within the game's information panel. RTP figures are theoretical averages over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers. These games stream in real time and are subject to the studio provider's own game rules, which are displayed within the game interface.
• Technical malfunctions in any game render the round void. If a technical error occurs during a game round and the outcome cannot be verified, the bet amount for that round will be returned to the player's balance.
• Players must not attempt to exploit software bugs, game glitches or RNG patterns to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through such activity will be voided.

Players are expected to use Money Games in good faith and in a manner that does not harm the platform or other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool that interacts with the platform without human input.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms or betting markets.
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Using abusive, threatening or offensive language when communicating with the support team.

Money Games monitors accounts for unusual patterns and reserves the right to investigate any activity that appears to breach these conduct rules. Players found in breach may have their accounts suspended, their balances reviewed and any winnings associated with prohibited activity voided.

• Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Money Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time where there is reasonable cause. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
• Suspicion of money laundering or irregular payment activity.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be forfeited. Balances unrelated to any breach will typically be returned to the player's verified payment method following review.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so at any time by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned via the player's verified withdrawal method.

Money Games provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functions correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical errors or third-party service failures.

• Money Games is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of data or indirect losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Money Games is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to log out of a shared device or to secure their account credentials.
• Money Games is not liable for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any bank.
• In the event of a dispute, Money Games's liability is limited to the verified real-money balance in the player's account at the time the dispute arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Money Games may update these Terms from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a revised version of the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
